According to a new Austrian law effective 1st January 2024 it is possible to reduce limited liability company's share capital from €35,000 to €10,000.
The sole owner and CEO of Baumgartner New Media Gesellschaft mbH, Frank Baumgartner, is willing to make use of this law change and hereby informs about the planned ordinary capital reduction which was decided on 23rd January 2024 in a notarized shareholder resolution. The planned change has been published on January 23rd 2024 in the Austrian commercial register and on https://www.evi.gv.at/b/pi/bly-r28 on 27th January 2024:
Announcement
Baumgartner New Media Gesellschaft mbH, registered under FN 293704v, with its registered office in Absam intends to reduce the company's share capital from €35,000 by €25,000 to €10,000. All creditors whose claims on the day when this announcement is published may ask for satisfaction or security.
From creditors who do not return to the company within three months from the date of the last Publication are assumed to be the agreeing to the intended reduction of the share capital.
